Okay... let’s talk about that✨(save this one!)
5 reasons you should TOTALLY skip restorative yoga this week:
1️⃣If you don’t care about your nervous system. Spending 60 minutes signaling to your body that it’s safe? Downregulating cortisol? Absolutely pointless. But if you’ve been running on empty…this is for you.
2️⃣If sleep is already perfect.
Restorative yoga activates your parasympathetic nervous system 👉🏽the one responsible for deep, quality rest. Skip it if you’re already waking up refreshed every single day.
3️⃣If you love holding tension in your body.
Hips, shoulders, jaw…all that stored stress just lives there rent free. Restorative poses create space to actually release it.
4️⃣If you think slowing down is weakness.
Restorative practice tells your nervous system it’s safe to rest. Apparently some of us need that reminder more than once.
5️⃣ If you already feel held, nourished, and restored.

Truth is: The world tells you to do more. Restorative yoga teaches your body it’s enough to just be.
