Our holiday celebration was postponed because of the winter weather last week, so today the ThriveMore at Home team and members gathered for an online meeting instead.

Executive Director Lynne Moore hosts member meetings regularly. Today ThriveMore President and CEO Reed VanderSlik shared exciting updates from across the ThriveMore community.

This month, we honor the incredible caregivers who bring comfort, dignity, and healing into the homes of those who need it most. From skilled nurses to compassionate hospice teams, their work makes aging in place possible.

At ThriveMore at Home, we believe aging should be empowering, not uncertain. Our Continuing Care at Home program helps older adults stay independent in their own homes with personalized wellness planning, care coordination, and peace of mind for the future.
