During , we honor the pioneers who championed rights for people with disabilities. Like Lois Curtis, a Black woman with an intellectual disability whose case led to the landmark Olmstead decision, affirming the rights of people with disabilities to live in their communities.

The deadline is almost up for BrightSpring Health Services’ Hospice Nursing Scholarship.

BHS awards four $5,000/year scholarships for current or future nursing students who want to work in hospice.

This scholarship is for students with a demonstrated financial need and a grade point average of at least 3.0.
