Motherhood can be beautiful, meaningful, exhausting, overwhelming, joyful, lonely, and everything in between — sometimes all in the same day.

Maternal Mental Health Awareness reminds us that behind the strength mothers show every day, many are silently carrying stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, guilt, or feelings they’re afraid to say out loud.

To every mother struggling: you are seen. Your wellbeing matters. Your needs matter. Asking for support is not weakness — it is strength. Caring for yourself is not selfish; it is an important part of caring for your family.

Mothers do so much to hold everything together, often while carrying invisible emotional loads. The work you do is valuable, important, and deeply impactful.

You do not have to do it all alone. 💚
