Multi All Purpose Massage LLC Policies
General Policies:

Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do this 3 times in 1 year will result in a suspension of services for 1 year.
Health Concerns: Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your session. This ensures your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment.
Membership Policies:

60 Minute Memberships:

1 Massage per Month (60 min): $80 with 20% off enhancements (limit 1 per month).
2 Massages per Month (60 min): $160 total with 20% off enhancements (limit 2 per month).
3 Massages per Month (60 min): $240 total with 50% off enhancements (limit 3 per month).
4 Massages per Month (60 min): $320 total with 100% off enhancements (limit 4 per month).
90 Minute Memberships:

1 Massage per Month (90 min): $120 with 20% off enhancements (limit 1 per month).
2 Massages per Month (90 min): $240 total with 20% off enhancements (limit 2 per month).
3 Massages per Month (90 min): $360 total with 50% off enhancements (limit 3 per month).
4 Massages per Month (90 min): $480 total with 100% off enhancements (limit 4 per month).
Annual Member Rewards:

After 12 consecutive months of membership, receive a $100 credit.
Renew your membership for another year and receive a free massage.
Payment and Gratuity:

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
Gratuity: Gratuities are appreciated but not required. The standard rate is 15-20% of the session fee.
Conduct:

Respect and Comfort: Our environment is a safe space for all clients. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from future services.
LGBTQ+ Friendly: We are an LGBTQ+ owned business and our office is a safe space for everyone.
