The biggest impediments to healing are:

~ The image you have about yourself.

~ The beliefs and habits you have to maintain that image. These unconscious patterns can limit you from thinking you can be or experience anything else, and that limitation becomes a shackle that dictates how much you can achieve in this world. However, God/Source out of unconditional love facilitates healing through tangible Life Force Energy (Qi) so that you can evolve to be the person you were truly created to be. The people you marry can turn into your worst enemy.
The ones you love deeply will one day die and your love will turn into your deepest sorrow.
The people who hold you back can be your catalyst to keep going.

All your wounds can turn into badges of honor.
All your sorrows into wisdom.
All your heartbreak into nobility.

As long as there is a spark in your Heart you decide what you want to do with what you are experiencing. Because every experience has a threshold for change and you get to decide if you will cross the threshold or be held back.

Cross the threshold and emerge victorious.
Choose Honor.
Choose Wisdom.
Choose Nobility.
Be the spark in your Heart.

Most people are not happy.
Most people mistakenly seek satisfaction.

They think they are happy but what they are really doing is satisfying their senses. But because the senses keep craving satisfaction, you end up in a never ending hamster wheel of satisfying cravings. You confuse satisfaction with happiness but true happiness is long lasting, and is connected to the Joy that already lives in your Heart and Soul.

Check in with your Heart. 💖

Every time we overcome a loss we change our negative karma. Then, Life opens up and shows us more positive possibilities.

Mourning our losses make us human but overcoming them makes us sages. It brings a higher level of human to the surface. One who is wiser, emotional mature and with a bright spirit that people can recognize and no one can deny.

Keep going. May you be in your healing and expansion journey with guidance in front of you, support behind you, protection above you and good companionship on each side.
