These unconscious patterns can limit you from thinking you can be or experience anything else, and that limitation becomes a shackle that dictates how much you can achieve in this world. However, God/Source out of unconditional love facilitates healing through tangible Life Force Energy (Qi) so that you can evolve to be the person you were truly created to be. Many moons ago, I had to step away from daily routine to be there for myself and with myself as I could not even think or do anything. My brain was overloaded and I thought:

“It’s like I have to create new SPACE in my mind”.

I meditated focusing on pushing my brain outwards as if I was expanding it and feeling the expansion. Then it happened, I felt relief and later at night creativity started flowing.

I realized that night that it’s impossible to create or come up with good ideas with a full mind. We need space to flow with grace and joy.

As humans, we create many limitations, many boundaries, many barriers. We have to remember that our spirit is as expansive as the Universe so we can always expand some more, claim more space, trim out, declutter. How much you grow depends on how much space you allow yourself to have.

Go on, make some space, expand and flourish.

Self-Love Awareness
On the day of Love, I would like to remind everyone that there are many more reasons to love yourself at every level. Look more, look deeper and never stop looking for more to love in you.

I love my son's eyes. I love to look into his sweet brown eyes and I get lost in the beauty of their color. However, I never really liked my eye color.

What? How? I know right! They are the same color.

Well, it's true, I never liked my eye color. I always thought blue eyes were more beautiful and when I was a teenager I got blue-eye contacts. I also love Siamese cats because they have amazing blue eyes. My first husband had blue eyes and I used to love staring at them. The funny thing was that he loved my brown eyes and he will tell me that constantly. I used to tell him my brown eyes were just “flat”, nothing special in them but he used to disagree every time.

It wasn’t until my son was born that I fell in love with brown eyes. I love looking into Allister’s brown eyes and I get lost in the depth of the brown, and when the sun shines on them they become even more beautiful. I truly love it and I wonder if that is what my first husband thought when he looked into my eyes.

The thing is, I never loved my eye color until after I had my son. That means that I neglected cherishing my own eye beauty for 40 years!

What a discovery and healing is to learn to love other parts of you that you thought were not important.

So now, that I embrace my eye color I make sure I cherish it every time I look at my eyes in the mirror. I feel like I have to make up for lost time. I also feel more free to give myself love. Like I have been holding off this amount of love that I deserved but could not received. Not even from my first husband since I kept disagreeing with him telling him my eye color was not special.

So yes, give yourself permission to keep exploring places you have not loved before in you. I am glad my son brought this liberation and healing for me. I love his brown eyes and now I love my brown eyes too.

I free myself from all accumulated pain from the past that I unconsciously allowed to define me.
I release all doubts and fears about my strength and capacity.
I let go of the need for external validation and all feelings of abandonment, injustice and rejection from my memories.
I release them now; I release them for good.
Instead, I choose to feel my inner resilience and trust my intuitive capacity to rise.
I welcome the energy and guidance of Unconditional Love to encourage me every step of the way in my healing and growth.
I open up to feel my natural state of abundance and joy.
I embrace my power to create a beautiful and meaningful life.
I choose to surround myself with people who uplift, support, and truly see me.

Like in nature, Life has a way to put you in circumstances you have never been before.

Think of the elements a storm has, water and wind with the power to take away what was once in your garden but also bringing seeds from another place. Seeds you have never had before.

Once these seeds sprout and grow in your garden they could change your landscape completely.

Now, think of the potential that may bring. New landscape means new opportunities. A new journey of discovery is needed. 👈🏼

So the question is not “What did the storm take away?”

What you should be asking is “Where are the opportunities?”

“What can I have now that I could not have before?“

“Who can I be now that I couldn’t be before?”

You would be surprised of how much more abundant you may be after a storm. 🙏
