Step away from the noise and into a space of deep rest, care, and connection.

Join Karley for a 90-minute journey designed to help your body and mind feel supported from start to finish 🤍

We’ll begin with guided meditation + breathwork…
ease into gentle movement with restorative + yin shapes…
and settle into stillness with long, supported holds, lavender massage, and hands-on assists.

You’ll close in savasana with a nurturing sound bath—leaving refreshed, grounded, and more connected to yourself.

All levels are welcome 🌿
Just bring your mat (and maybe a cozy blanket or towel).

Unlike a typical flow class, this Hatha-inspired practice gives you time to pause, feel, and truly understand each posture. By holding poses longer, you’ll explore alignment, breath, and sensation in a deeper, more supportive way.

With a focus on the feet, ankles, and legs, you’ll build the strength and stability that support balance—not just on the mat, but in everyday life.
