🤍 Support for every stage of pregnancy 🤍

Our Prenatal Yoga Wednesday 6-Week Series with Ellie offers a steady, compassionate space for moms-to-be to connect, move, breathe, and prepare for birth and motherhood.

Each class includes:
• Pregnancy-safe postures
• Breathwork for labor and relaxation
• Tools to ease discomfort and reduce stress
• A supportive prenatal community

This series is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and is offered in-person or via livestream (choose one format for the full session).

Join Rochelle for De-Stress with Reiki & Restorative Yoga, a calming, nourishing experience designed to help you fully let go.

You’ll be guided into supported, restorative poses that encourage deep relaxation, while Rochelle offers Reiki healing through light touch, helping to release tension, ease anxiety, and restore balance to body and mind.

This offering is slow, quiet, and deeply soothing. Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, depleted, or in need of intentional rest.

Kids Yoga is coming back to Bliss! 🌈🧘‍♂️

Our 8-week Kids Yoga series for ages 5–10 invites children to explore yoga the way they naturally learn best — through movement, imagination, music, stories, and play. Led by Julia V, this playful and supportive class helps kids build strength, balance, focus, and confidence while learning simple mindfulness and breathing tools they can carry with them off the mat.

Classes are held in person and are designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. Kids should bring their own yoga mat, and parents/caregivers will drop off and enjoy a little time to themselves while their children are in class.

Start from the beginning in a welcoming, no-pressure space. This series is designed to build confidence, strength, and familiarity with yoga fundamentals — perfect if you’re brand new or returning after time away.

🤍 Prenatal Yoga – Sunday Series
A supportive, community-centered series for moms-to-be at any stage of pregnancy. Learn movement, breath, and relaxation tools to support both birth and the transition into motherhood.

🌿 Prenatal Yoga – Wednesday Series
An evening prenatal option offering the same nurturing guidance, connection, and preparation — ideal for winding down midweek with intention and care.

👶 Baby & Me Yoga Series
Move, breathe, and bond alongside your baby in a relaxed, supportive environment. Designed for newborns through pre-crawlers, this class centers both caregiver well-being and gentle connection.

🌈 Kids Yoga Series (Ages 5–10)
Yoga through play, imagination, and fun. This in-person series helps kids build strength, balance, focus, and confidence — all while enjoying movement they genuinely love.

🌬️ Breathwork & Gentle Yoga for Anxiety
A two-part weekend workshop focused on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and building emotional resilience through breathwork and gentle movement.

Join Roxane B for a two-part weekend workshop focused on breathwork, gentle yoga, and building tools for calm, clarity, and inner resilience.
