Did you know your brain speaks in frequencies?

There are five primary brain wave states and the one your body needs most for true healing is called Delta.

Here's a simple breakdown:

🔵 Delta (0.5–4 Hz) — Deep, dreamless sleep. Physical repair. Full restoration.

🟣 Theta (4–8 Hz) — Light sleep, deep meditation, creativity.

🟢 Alpha (8–14 Hz) — Calm and relaxed alertness. At peace.
