I was literally crying on camera… and now my first article as an expert is live.
Wild.
I was named to the this year, and now I’m on their expert council in health and wellness… and I did not come here to talk about what to wear to events.
Because I need to say this louderrrrrr for the people in the back.
It is not about your outfit.
It is about your energy.
You can have the best look, the best branding, the best business card… and still walk into a room feeling depleted, inflamed, exhausted, and disconnected.
And people feel that.
So for my first article, I broke down what you should actually be doing one month out from Founder’s Weekend to support your body.
Because when your gut is off, your energy is off.�When your energy is off, your presence is off.�And when your presence is off, you are not showing up at your full power.
That is the conversation we should be having.
