A terrific Happy Hour hosted by Comfort Keepers! We even got a visit with our former Lifestyle Director, Kylie! It was so great to catch up with Kylie and enjoy the fun music of John Franklin! Happy Friday y'all!!

Spill the Tea on Tai Chi! 🍵🧘‍♂️

Today, we had Baiba Wisse, a Certified Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor, give an Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong. For some, it was the first time they’ve heard of the ancient practice, for others, it was a reintroduction into a beneficial practice that helps with balance, mind-body connection, anxiety and strength.

Baiba will return for our 10th anniversary celebration on September 18th for another class, and we encourage you to attend! Keep your eyes open for more info!
