Catherine believes therapy is a collaborative partnership where clients feel supported, empowered, and truly understood. Her approach focuses on the wellbeing of the whole person while building on each individualโ€™s strengths.
She works with children, teens, and adults navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and substance use concerns.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques, Catherine supports clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Outside of her clinical work, Catherine enjoys nature, art, exercise, cooking, and spending time with her pets.
