It could be Low Iron! But, jumping straight to a supplement doesn't often fix the problem. Let’s talk about the real reason iron supplements might not be your answer.

Heavy periods from hormone imbalances
Mineral and cofactor deficiencies like vitamin A & copper

Let’s talk about something that doesn’t get enough airtime but absolutely should — your morning p**p. šŸ’©
Yep, we’re going there—because a regular morning bowel movement isn’t just a ā€œnice to have,ā€ it’s a critical piece of your hormone, gut, and energy puzzle.
Here’s why it matters:
