If only it were that simple. 😂�While a clean kitchen does help my stress levels, balancing hormones takes a little more strategy. Just remember, we KNOW you cannot eliminate most of your stressors - that's NOT the goal. Instead, the way we PERCEIVE our stressors and how we deal with them is a direct link to supporting healthy hormones.

Here are Three ways to help your body offset stress and balance hormones:
1️⃣ Eat enough protein. Sleep supports better blood sugar steadiness and reduces cortisol spikes.� We suggest making sure you are getting at least 25 grams per meal, or more.
2️⃣ Lift weights! The more muscle you have the better your body can be at stabilizing blood sugar, even when they stem from stress & cortisol spikes. Work with an expert to learn how to lift to failure. Just remember, 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times a week is plenty for most women.
3️⃣ Start with going to bed just 20 minutes earlier for 2 full weeks, then move back another 20.
