I am a Registered Nurse and Duke-trained health coach with over 15 years of experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. I founded Lily Eden Spa & Wellness to help busy professionals who are doing all the “right things” but still feel exhausted, experience pain, or struggle to see lasting results. My approach looks at the whole picture—sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and recovery—to create sustainable, personalized plans that support long-term health and energy. I currently offer virtual health coaching across North Carolina, with plans to open a future wellness center in Wendell, NC focused on recovery, restoration, and performance. My mission is to help individuals restore their energy, improve their well-being, and feel strong and supported in their everyday lives.

Why I’m building Lily Eden — Part 1.

The first reason is personal.
Over time I began realizing how often we ignore the signals our bodies give us — whether from injury, stress, or simply pushing ourselves too hard.

Recovery is not something that just happens. It’s something we have to intentionally make space for.

Building Lily Eden has been shaped by many experiences — as a nurse, as a leader, and as someone who understands the importance of recovery and restoration.

Over time, I began to realize that wellness is not something we should only think about when we are exhausted or in pain. It’s something we have to intentionally make space for in our lives.
That belief is at the heart of what I’m building with Lily Eden.

Sometimes the beginning of something meaningful starts with a simple conversation.

During a walk together, I shared the early vision for Lily Eden. What began as an idea soon turned into a sketch—and that sketch became the inspiration behind the very first logo.
Businesses are rarely built alone. They grow through creativity, friendship, and the courage to bring an idea to life.

Moments like these remind me that the journey matters just as much as the destination.
