🌤️ Get outside even if it’s just for a few minutes in the backyard. Or, bundle up your baby and go on a walk. Even a 10 min walk can improve circulation and leave you feeling revived.

🫖 Drink a hot beverage. Sometimes getting cozy with a hot drink can bring you comfort..and help keep you warm!

👯‍♀️ Meet up with friends. Schedule a dinner, go to a movie, or meet a friend for a play date with your little ones. Spending time with people we enjoy is always a great way to lift up our mood.

🛀 Warm up by taking a hot bath or shower and use alllll your favorite products. If you have access to a gym, spend some time in the sauna. That feeling of warmth can contribute to your mental well-being.
