WELLNESS has many spokes…what we eat and where it’s grown matters. Consider starting a VICTORY GARDEN….an old time term for small vegetable garden with flowers in the same area…FALL is the best time to start preparing…pile up leaves in that dead area (Think about sun exposure when choosing area) and let winter do its work. Add vegetable scraps, coffee grounds and crushed egg shells through out the winter (verify what can be composted) covering up these in the leaves. I will add some red wiggler worms too to “work” the soil( buy on Amazon or local fishing bait shop has them). In spring, till this all together blending in the work winter has broken down and be amazed at the healthy soil!
Gardens don’t have to be complicated or big to be beneficial. Start now. You have to rake up leaves anyway….let them work for you but keep your row/pile about 6” - 12” …the rest put in a out-of-the-way corner of the back yard….this will become your summer compost spot for creating healthy “live” soil to add around trees, shrubs and pots/garden boxes

Do you ever juice? This juicer is $37 on Amazon and works great! Sometimes our health needs fresh juice… this is Celery, Carrot & 1/2 Granny Smith apple and a Gala Apple! So so good!
