Drive on over…today is massage day!!
Our first snow fall and shoveling, the holidays are upon us now and it’ time to take care of your most precious asset… your health.

So drive on over and get a massage!! I offer 30, 60, 90 minute massages with hot stones included. Prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage massage, cupping, and aromatherapy and it’s all here in my cozy home based business in Ramsey ( yes the whole basement) and it’s really neat!

Due to the government shutdown and no SNAP benefits for people beginning in November, Conchita Bodyworkz will begin to collect non-perishable food and personal hygiene products to be delivered to our local food shelves.

If you are able and would like to participate, please bring them in when you come for your next massage.

This is a very difficult time but together we can make a difference!
