Massage helps you pause and reconnect.

On days when I’m using screens a lot, I feel a drain on my life force. 🩷

Sometimes I can literally feel my lights dimming.

I might be accomplishing a lot of work but at great cost to my spiritual energy.

We can balance the effects of technology by taking breaks during the day to still the mind and connect with spirit. 🩷

Meditation, affirmations, a phone-free walk in nature all awaken our spiritual power.

Even a few mindful breaths can bring you back home.

Disconnect to reconnect.
