We are looking for a PCA to help a gentleman at his home in Oak Grove (Anoka County). He is looking specifically for someone to cover Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Hours can be flexible if needed.

You must be able to pass a criminal background study, be fingerprinted and photographed as per MN DHS requirements. We appreciate professional, friendly and reliable PCAs working with our clients.

Applicant must have a current RN or LCSW license in Minnesota.

You do not need to report to our office for this position as it is completely remote. You must be able to pass a criminal background study and complete a mandatory QP training as required by MN Department of Human Services.

Open shift hours are 9:00AM-1:00 PM or 10:00AM-2:00PM any five days of the week.

This position will be paid at the enhanced rate for PCAs.

We are looking for a PCA in Zimmerman to help with a young man before school (6:40-7:40), after school (3-5:00) and getting him ready for bed (7-7:45). He requires assistance with dressing/undressing, brushing teeth and keeping on task with chores around the house (setting the table, emptying the dishwasher, putting clothes away, etc.).
