VinyasaCoreYoga

VinyasaCoreYoga I’m a fitness instructor with 15+ years of experience, specializing in strength, balance, flexibility, and spinal health.

I guide clients to move with intention, fostering body awareness. Balancing many roles, I prioritize health in every aspect. This style of yoga is combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. The spiritual release is created through intense physical exertion in a room heated to 90 degrees. The spiritual component is secondary to the physical aspects. The flowing sequence is meant to sculpt, tone and hone muscles and raise your heart rate.

After how many years as an Instructor.... I finally filmed a quick 📹 video on internal rotation & opening up your stiff thoracic spine & hips. Hope to find time to film more. This is super time consuming 😆

Earlier this month (though it feels like a lifetime ago), I enrolled myself, my daughter, and my husband in an intention-setting class. The start of a new year often comes with the familiar chorus of resolutions—grand promises that, more often than not, fade by spring. But beyond resolutions, I was reminded of something deeper: in life, we are always moved by one of two forces—love or fear.

When we move with love, our actions feel expansive, purposeful, and empowering. When we move from fear, we hesitate, react, and brace ourselves against the possibility of pain or disappointment. As I set my intentions for the year, I find myself continually asking: Am I being guided by love, or am I being led by fear?

I share this as a gentle reminder to bring that same awareness to the goals and choices you’ve set for yourself this year. May they be rooted in love, courage, and purpose. Namaste. ☯️🫶🏽✨

Today, we took a journey into each of our senses, immersing ourselves in the awareness of what our bodies are perceiving grounding ourselves in the present moment.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to guide today’s yoga practice and share the present moment with all of you. Your presence and openness allowed us to explore what our bodies and minds are capable of together. Thank you for showing up with curiosity and mindfulnessॐ
