A day of celebration and gratitude for our dedicated staff at Mercy General Hospital! ✨ Last month, we spent some time honoring our employees for our annual Service Years celebration. Each year, we celebrate our staff members celebrating a milestone anniversary with us, from five years all the way to 40 years of service. This year, we honored 290 employees at Mercy General Hospital who together have given nearly 3,825 years of service to our organization. From nurses to support staff, we're so thankful for their commitment to Dignity Health and our community. One of our Registered Nurses, Hilary Griffiths, shared her thoughts celebrating 10 years with us, highlighting the incredible teamwork and supportive environment. Thank you for your service, Hilary!

👨‍⚕️🩺We’re thrilled to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our new Internal Medicine residents at Mercy San Juan Medical Center! Recently, we hosted a special lunch where we got to learn more about them—everything from their educational backgrounds to the inspirations that led them to pursue medicine. It was a fantastic opportunity to get to know each resident as both colleagues and future leaders in healthcare. We also recognized our partners and supporters including Song-Brown Program, HUB International, Western Health Advantage, and Mercy Foundation.

Thanks to the generosity of our community through Mercy Foundation, our beautiful space for healing and reflection for all visitors and staff is almost done! Last week, we celebrated the dedication of the Healing Garden and Labyrinth at Mercy San Juan Medical Center, in honor of the inspiring Sister Sheila. Father Raymond blessed the space, designed to provide a tranquil retreat for our Dignity Health staff and patients. We're so grateful for Sister Sheila's dedication to kindness and well-being.
