Office hours: Monday - Friday By appointment only. There are a variety of ways in which I facilitate healing. from The Ritberger Institute.

At the Radiant Health Center it is my desire to assist clients and students in creating health and wellness in their life. Craniosacral Therapy combined with Myofascial Release, Reiki, sound, cellular memory reintegration and others helps the body release stored tension and expand flexibility. Learning about how our brain works and how to make choices that enhance joy in our lives is another great way to expand flexibility. Yoga, breathing and meditation helps anyone relax and feel ready to learn new ways of being. I enjoy educating people to heal within and to create health & well-being at work and home. Individuals, private organizations, corporate and government clients utilize my skills to provide tools for stress reduction and to promote healthy relationships. I am a certified Ananda Yoga & Meditation Instructor, a licensed massage therapist and received a Ph.D. I utilize The Ritberger Personality Method™ to help clients learn how to achieve health and wellness in body, mind and soul.

Very sad what's happening to our nation that's been united through love and has allowed differences to help us all be better human beings. 3😥

With new executive order NSPM-7, the Trump administration claims the right to replace the authors of the US Constitution in determining what freedoms we will and will not be allowed.

Whereas the First Amendment gives us the rights of free speech and peaceful protest, NSPM–7 argues that disagreement with their agenda - anything they deem “anti-capitalist”, “anti-Christianity” or “anti-American” - creates the POTENTIAL for violent extremism, therefore the government has the right to disrupt it. It says they’re going after extremism in “immigration, race, and gender.” Excuse me…?

That’s why heavy duty U.S. military is in Portland at the ICE facilities now, using tear gas and mace against peaceful protesters. The Trump administration is shredding our Constitution and waging war against the very freedoms they swore an oath to protect.
