Rosacea Awareness Month
Rosacea is more than blushing or flushing of the skin. It is a skin condition that appears as redness, bumps, sensitivity, and in some cases, eye irritation.
Some triggers include heat, sun exposure, spicy foods, alcohol, stress, and harsh skincare.
Having rosacea DOES NOT mean you can't receive facials. Here at Alternative Skincare and Wellness, we use Hale & Hush products formulated specifically for sensitive skin to help calm any symptoms! Hale & Hush products are packed with calming botanicals and barrier-supporting ingredients to bring relief when your skin needs it most.
We also recommend at-home skincare products such as Quiet Wash, Hush Hydrate Gel, and Relief Bio-Powder to calm redness, reduce inflammation, and support your skin’s natural defenses.
These products are not reduced to clients with rosacea, they can also be used if you have any form of sensitive skin!
