I’m beyond proud of this incredible athlete! 5 months ago she couldn’t even lift the bar overhead due to a tear in her shoulder. This past weekend she took BRONZE in a USA Weightlifting comp that qualified her to compete in Nationals and World Championship Competitions!! Hard and Smart work pays off!!

These past couple of weeks I’ve been spending a lot of quality time assessing, interviewing, hiring, training, teaching, sharing, learning….and last night, with this group….we celebrated together for our Christmas Party. A few were missing and we did miss them, but we laughed, shared, played games, exchanged gifts and ate, a lot!!

I can never express how much I appreciate those that work with me.
