Hello friends!
Big news! (for me anyway)
I just had got hearing aids!
I’ve been noticing a problem for a little while now, and have had tinnitus problems for a couple of years.
My loss is mild, but this year at a Christmas party, a couple came to talk to me and I had no problem with the male voice, but can’t tell you what his wife was saying. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was too embarrassed to ask her to repeat herself, so i just nodded.

I always tell my customers “the sooner you take steps to help yourself, the easier it will be to acclimate.”
So I’m taking my own advice. Why wait when you could be hearing better today?

Blessings to you in the new year!!And be sure to take care of your hearing😀in the new year!

It’s so important to get checked if you have sudden hearing loss. Don’t wait, see your doctor.

While sudden hearing loss can sometimes be traced to an infection, head or ear injury, or circulation problems, in many cases the exact cause is never found.

What’s important to know is that hearing loss that appears suddenly—or develops over just a few days—is a medical emergency. You might also notice symptoms like a popping sensation, ear fullness, tinnitus or dizziness.

Getting treatment right away matters. Receiving care within the first two to four weeks offers the best chance of restoring your hearing.

Did you know hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can be part of treatment for sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL)?

By increasing air pressure inside a special chamber, HBOT boosts the amount of oxygen that reaches your eardrum and inner ear.

That added oxygen may reduce inflammation, help clear fluid buildup, and protect fragile inner-ear nerves.

If hearing suddenly worsens in one ear, don’t wait—SSHL is a medical emergency, and early treatment gives you the best chance of recovery.
