"I was suffering from pain in my cervical and lumbar areas. The process was thorough. The girls at the front office are friendly and are very organized when it comes to scheduling your visits and processing your paperwork. I have been seeing Dr. Rafael Rios III since 12/2024 - The girls that work the back office ensure that you are comfortable and ask thorough questions about how you feel and communicate well with Dr. Rios. As for my chiropractic appointments, when I arrive, they always have complimentary coffee, tea or water. They are quick and efficient with your time. I get a chance to sit on the massage chair or get my back stretched on the table where I lay for a good amount of time. My back also gets massaged by one of the girls before the doctor comes in to see me. He is an attention to detail kind of guy and he takes his time explaining what he is doing to me. He is also really soft with his hands and makes you feel very comfortable. I like that. He made me feel heard. I first started going twice weekly. I was a difficult candidate since my bones were not so cooperative. I suffer from migraines and he was able to alleviate them with my adjustments. When I asked about decreasing the frequency of my sessions, he made sure that I was medically prepared before changing them to once per week. I will not be going to another Chiropractor and I will be recommending Dr. Rafael A. Rios III to all my friends and family. A BIG Thank You to the doctor and all the office staff for their professionalism and kindness."
