It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Abraham Chen on July 7, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Dr. Chen was a cornerstone of our ACOFPCA community; a devoted leader, passionate mentor, and advocate for Family Medicine. He touched the lives of countless medical students, residents, and fellow physicians, always leading with humility, purpose, and heart.

He was born and raised in Los Angeles where he grew up alongside his parents and sister. He was actively involved in the community at EFCLA, developing a strong foundation in his faith in God and establishing life long friendships.

He is survived by Tina and his children, Sophia and Enzo. A devoted husband, loving father, and dedicated physician, Dr. Chen’s legacy is one of faith, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
