As a perinatal therapist, I’ve had many conversations with mothers about the emotional complexities of motherhood. And one of the more bittersweet moments comes when a mother finds herself scrolling through her phone, pausing at pictures of her younger self—back when her baby was, well, a baby.
Those early days can feel so long in the moment, but in hindsight, they’re often a blur. And then, there’s that moment—the one where you realize just how many milestones your child has reached, and how much you’ve changed along the way too.
Motherhood isn’t just about your child growing up—it’s also about you growing. In the early days, you might have felt lost, uncertain, or unsure of who you were beyond the title of “mom.” But look at you now.
You’ve grown. You’ve experienced the fullness of who you are, not just as a mother, but as a woman, as a person. There have been shifts in your identity, your relationships, and your resilience.
Take a moment to honor that growth. 💖 And know, no matter where you are in this journey, you’re doing an incredible job.

Celebrating 5 Years of Growth, Healing, and Gratitude 🌿✨
Five years ago, in January 2019, I ventured into private practice with a deep passion for helping my clients grow, heal, and step into the best versions of themselves. To show up fully for this work, I committed to my own journey of personal and professional growth.
Since then:
✨ I became Certified in Perinatal Mental Health
✨ Earned EMDR Certification
✨ Began my training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (currently in Year 2 of 3!)
✨ Deepened my learning through workshops and trainings in IFS (Internal Family Systems), Parts Work, and trauma-focused approaches.
While I’ve gained so much from formal education, my greatest teachers have been YOU—the clients who have trusted me with your life stories and healing journeys. Thank you for letting me hold space for your tender moments.
Over these 5 years:
🤍 I’ve worked with individuals one-on-one in therapy
🤍 Facilitated a virtual support group for new moms, offered twice a month at no cost across Southern California
🤍 Shared my work through conferences, podcasts, and press features
🤍 Was honored to be named Best of Business Rate for Psychotherapy in Rancho Cucamonga 2024
