Negative thoughts can sometimes feel like they’re stuck on repeat. When your mind keeps circling the same harsh messages, it can be hard to step outside of that loop. A helpful first step can be simply noticing the thought and reminding yourself that it’s just a thought, not a fact. Small shifts in how we respond to these moments can slowly create space for something different.

If you’re struggling with an eating disorder or overwhelming thoughts, you don’t have to face it alone. We offer free phone assessments to help you explore support options in a safe and compassionate way.

What if, for five minutes, you’d ditch being realistic and let your fantasies fly?

If you’re up for it, try asking yourself:

What would you do if you were unable to feel fear?
This question reveals what you might pursue if you had no fear holding you back.

What would you do if you won the lottery?
Your answer can highlight what you truly value when financial constraints are removed.

What would you do if you could not fail?
This question helps identify your deepest desires and aspirations, free from the fear of failure.

Now, your  inner critic might tell you “You can’t” or “Now’s not the right time.” But that’s okay. Being realistic is not the point of this exercise.💭

Reality Check:
Now one of the most common answers (to all or at least one of the questions) is usually: “I’d quit my job and travel the world.” Which is a valid dream, but not always practical, right? 🌏✈️

But here’s the thing: The answer is not something you should do right now. It’s something you can strive toward. Something you value!:).

Think of your answer as a clue that points you toward what you value. In the case of wanting to travel the world, the value might be that you crave freedom or adventure.

So, what would you do if you could not fail?

Digestive comfort is shaped by more than just what we eat. Stress, emotions, and how safe our bodies feel all play a role in how our gut responds. Supporting digestion often starts with gentle routines, listening to body signals, and allowing regular nourishment in a way that feels steady and supportive.

If digestion feels difficult or uncomfortable, you do not have to navigate it alone. Our team is here to offer compassionate, individualized support. We offer free phone assessments to help you explore what care might feel right for you.
