Today we are wearing orange, and we are also taking a moment to celebrate two groups of people who make everything we do possible.
Across the Innovation Fertility network, our partner clinics are wearing orange in honor of Wear Orange Day during National Infertility Awareness Week. Since 1989, orange has represented warmth, hope, and visibility for the millions of people navigating their family building journey.
This week is also Medical Laboratory Professionals Week, a time to honor the scientists and technicians whose precision, expertise, and dedication make the science of fertility treatment possible.
In reproductive medicine, the laboratory is where so much of the most critical work happens. From embryo development and genetic testing to semen analysis and cryopreservation, our lab professionals work with extraordinary skill and care behind the scenes to give patients the best possible chance at building their families. Their contributions are remarkable and deserve to be recognized.
We are also celebrating Administrative Professionals Week, and we want to take a moment to recognize the individuals who keep our clinics running every single day.
From scheduling and patient coordination to billing, communications, and everything in between, our administrative teams are often the first voice a patient hears and the steady presence that guides them through a complex process. Their work is essential, and their impact on the patient experience cannot be overstated.
