A beautiful but subtle lip lift. This is one of the things that is often forgotten during assessment of an aging face. The lip elongates falls and needs to be shorten to re-establish a youthful pout. In this particular case I excised about 5mm of skin, and as you can see the lip is fuller, shortened, more youthful and an added benefit is that is decreases the lipstick lines. There are many variables in lip lifting and many things can go wrong if not done correctly. A great article that in my humble will help many surgeons is by my good friend .
