Garlic-Jalapeno Shrimp

About a pound of medium or large shrimp peeled and deveined
3 garlic clove minced
1 jalapeño stem, ribs and seeds removed. Chopped
1 tbs lime juice
Oil Spray (Olive, Pam, Coconut)
Salt and pepper to taste '

Season with salt and pepper. Add jalapeno, lime juice and place in zip lock bag and Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spray (with oil spray) and heat large skillet over medium high heat . Add Shrimp (with marinade) to skillet.

Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until the look little bit brown.
