Study on copaiba EO for anxiety. It's a nice oil with multiple applications, but there are so many effective, anxiety-reducing EOs sourced from plant populations which aren't grossly abused by harvesters. Due to overhyping of copaiba oil, source trees are yielding 75% less resin than they did just a few years ago.

With more and more people getting infected. second or third time, the risk of long COVID is increasing. Anecdotally, I've noticed people who didn't have problems with the initial infection are getting long symptoms with subsequent infections.

Research has found that 1 in 5 American adults who have had COVID-19 will go on to develop “long COVID” — symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, and pain that last longer than three months.

It's been a long time since I've heard that. Love working with people who are open to healing via whatever vehicle is best suited to them at the time... and who refer their friends!

An important fact about nut oils used in massage oil or as aromatherapy carrier oils: people who are allergic to tree nuts when ingested are not likely to be allergic to topical nut oils. Question your clients carefully; most of them are near-hysterical regarding nut oil allergies and don't realize they are using multiple cosmetic products at home which contain nut oils... while not suffering any reactions. If formulating a facial product for one of these clients, avoid nut oils since the product may accidentally make its way into the mouth. Of course, when in doubt, avoid nut oils altogether.
