Menopause got you feeling sluggish? 😑

Do these 3️⃣ things to get you out of your slump.

1️⃣ Drink water! 💧Dehydration can make you feel tired 🥱 and bloated. Drink half of your body weight in water every single day. So right now - stand up. Go get a big glass of water and drink it. You can thank me later! 🥤

2️⃣ MOVE! Get some steps in. 🏃‍♀️

🔸Go for a walk
🔸Stand up and do 10 squats.
🔸Stretch.

3️⃣ Try Box breathing:

Take a deep breath for four seconds.
Hold it for four seconds.
Exhale for four seconds😮‍💨
Hold it for four seconds
Repeat three times 🔁

Here are some simple and delicious ways to incorporate these fiber-rich foods into your meals: 1. Chia Seeds – Make a chia pudding by mixing them with almond milk and a dash of vanilla, or sprinkle them over yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies. 2. Avocados – Mash onto whole-grain toast, blend into a smoothie for creaminess, or add to salads for extra fiber and healthy fats. 3. Lentils – Toss into soups, stews, or salads, or make a hearty lentil-based dish like a veggie stir-fry or lentil tacos. 4. Berries – Add them to Greek yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies, or enjoy them fresh as a snack with a handful of nuts. 5. Oats – Make overnight oats with chia seeds and berries, cook a warm oatmeal bowl with cinnamon, or blend into smoothies for a fiber boost.Here’s a simple and delicious Overnight Chia Pudding recipe packed with fiber and perfect for weight loss in menopause.Vanilla Berry Chia PuddingIngredients: • 3 tbsp chia seeds • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice) • ½ tsp vanilla extract • ½ tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional) • ½ cup mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries) • 1 tbsp chopped nuts or shredded coconut (optional for crunch)Instructions: 1.
