We live in a world that moves so fast, constantly asking us to rush, perform, respond, we often feel rushed for NO reason at all, and keep going. I want this room to feel different. A pause from all of that. A comfort zone. A safe space. Your world for 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. For a little while, nothing is expected of you here. NOTHING. You don’t have to carry everything so tightly. You can soften, breathe deeply, unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders, and just exist. Unwind. Unclench your jaw. Relax your face.
After a brief work up - I always say something like “take your time no rush, I will knock before I come in”. This genuinely means there’s no rush. Be present in this moment with your true self.
