What an amazing Holiday Season it's been! We’ve been keeping busy celebrating with our wonderful residents and their families.

We had a fantastic holiday party filled with joy, laughter, and great music. Big thanks to the talented Jim Thompson for rocking the piano and spreading the festive vibes! And of course, Santa made a special appearance to deliver thoughtful gifts, adding some extra magic to the season! 🎅🎁

Welcome, Heather!

🌟 Welcome, Heather Impey! Last month we were thrilled to welcome Heather Impey, LNHA as the new Executive Director of Menig Nursing Home!

Heather brings over 20 years of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care leadership, with a strong track record in clinical care, admissions and marketing, and senior administration. Most recently, she served as Administrator of Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hanover, NH, where she led the team to a deficiency-free CMS health and life safety survey in October 2024.

Licensed as both a Nursing Home Administrator and LPN in New Hampshire and Vermont, Heather is known for her commitment to regulatory excellence, operational leadership, and, most importantly, compassionate care. Her leadership will further our mission to enhance the quality of life for our residents and uphold the highest standards in elder care.

In Heather’s words:
“I am excited to be offered the opportunity to support and enhance the quality of life for the elder population in my local community. I look forward to working with the exceptional team at Menig to continue building on its tradition of excellence.”
