🎉 Happy 1-Year Anniversary to Shauna's New Hip! 🎉

On this day, one year ago, Shauna took a brave step toward better health with a total right hip replacement!!

Because Shauna was so dedicated to her health and fitness BEFORE her replacement, her recovery only kept her away from the gym for 1 month!

That’s it!! ONE MONTH!

Her story has shown that with the right mindset and a commitment to strength training, it’s possible to reclaim the life you desire!

Over the holidays, a friend told me something I can’t stop thinking about.🤔

He was exhausted. Stressed. Pants barely buttoning.

I asked what happened.
His answer: “I’m eating like a jerk.”

He knew better. But somewhere along the way, he just... stopped caring. Stress eating became the norm.

And now he felt stuck. 😫

“I’ve become accustomed to feeling like crap,” he said.

That’s when I told him about 50 Strong!

His response?
“This is exactly what I need. Just a jumpstart.”

😎Shoutout Saturday!

This week's spotlight shines on Doreen Bobby!

When Doreen became a member of Next Gen, she was already aware that a knee replacement was in her future. 🙁

However, she made the proactive choice to strengthen her body BEFORE surgery, so she had a smoother and quicker recovery process!🦵

SMART move! 🧐

Instead of waiting until AFTER the operation, she took the initiative to be proactive!

Doreen faced some obstacles along the way, but we collaborated to make she could keep moving safely and without pain. Sure, there were ups and downs, but every effort was worthwhile! 💪🏻

Now, Doreen is back in the gym, stronger than ever, ready to lift pain free and eager to continue her journey! 🙌🏻

Great job, Doreen! We couldn’t be happier to have you back with us at the gym! 💪🏻
