Some days you wonder if it's all been worth it...grad school, continuing ed classes, rent, hiring, insurance, internet that goes out, phones that stop working, rising costs, the STRESS... and then you get an email with the picture of a baby girl born to a mom you treated to help her get and stay pregnant and then have a healthy delivery. As someone who had a 6-year fertility journey, I can say unequivocally, these are the moments that make it all feel worthwhile.

A 2022 study cited in the International Journal of Sports and Exercise Medicine (Issue/Page 8:239, doi.org/10.23937/2469-5718/1510239) shows that 72 Hours Post-DOMS, the acupuncture group reported 80% less pain and 62% less stiffness than the control group.
