Medication Reminders 💊

Taking prescribed medication is important and in some cases if it’s missed could be dangerous….

That’s why in addition to assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing & grooming, we are also there to remind clients which medications to take and when.

Helping clients stay on track is good for them and added peace of mind for their families. 😌

According to the Good Shepherd food bank Maine ranks #12 in the nation for seniors who are malnourished.....

One of the many things we do for our clients is meal preparation.
The importance of a warm nourishing meal can not be underestimated.

A typical day in one of our clients homes might include getting them breakfast and making lunch that they can eat later on that day.
Or even making up a big batch of food that can be frozen and reheated when they need it.

Whether a low sodium diet or diabetic diet, we are mindful of that too! 🍎
