Ever heard of the Pomodoro Technique? It’s a game-changer for focus and energy. Here’s what works for me: I set a timer for 30 minutes and work with full attention—no distractions—then take a 10 minute break to stretch, breathe, or just relax. After four rounds, I take a longer 15–30 minute break. This rhythm keeps me productive and prevents burnout, so I can finally enjoy my work and free time without guilt. I promise—it really works!
My productivity has soared—so much so that I often finish my projects by early afternoon. This has given me more time to focus on myself, enjoy hobbies, and simply relax without feeling guilty. I’ve discovered that working smarter, not longer, truly changes the way my day feels.
