Notice each breath or use the 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 sensory method (see, touch, hear, smell, taste) to bring yourself into the present moment—and let the future fade into background noise
💬 Challenge the Story
Ask: “What evidence supports this worry? Is it realistic?” Then rewrite it into something kinder, more balanced. is often surprisingly therapeutic for this shift
