A special thank you goes out to Conrad from Rad-Rock Ltd. Promotions, who has been part of our community for the past 8 years! Conrad always brings amazing DJ skills, energy, and music that gets our residents up, moving, and smiling. His passion and commitment continue to make a lasting impact on everyone here.

Last week was full of fun and creativity! 🧁✨ Our very first Baking Afternoon was an absolute hit—everyone loved every minute of mixing, baking, and enjoying some sweet treats together! 😍🍪
We kept the good times rolling on Friday by making beautiful hanging flowers 🌸🌿—a perfect way to spend an afternoon surrounded by friends, laughter, and great company ❤️

Wednesday we celebrated our amazing Business Office Manager, Melissa R.! 👏
Even though Melissa has been with us for almost a year, she has made such a big impact in a short time. She is always ready to jump in and help—whether it’s assisting a resident, supporting a staff member, or solving a problem behind the scenes.
No matter what comes her way, Melissa handles it with patience, kindness, and a can-do attitude. She helps keep everything running smoothly and is someone we can always count on!

Yesterday we’re celebrating our incredible Front Desk Manager and official “jack of all trades,” Heather T.! 👏
For the past 6 years, Heather has been a huge part of the Eagle’s View family. Starting as a CNA and working her way up to running the front office, she truly does it all—and then some!
Need help at the front desk? Heather’s got it.
Need a hand in the kitchen or serving? She’s there.
Activities need support? Count her in.
If something needs done, chances are Heather is already on it—with a smile! 😊 She helps keep our building running smoothly and our residents happy every single day.

Please help us celebrate our April Care Champion — Raquel Vortes-Walker! 🎉💗

Raquel has been with the Eagle’s View family for almost a year, and in that time, she has shown a true passion for what she does every single day. 🦅

Her favorite part of working here is the residents, and what she enjoys most is simply helping them — which truly shows in the care and compassion she provides. 💕

One thing that might surprise people? Raquel genuinely loves her job, and it shines through in everything she does! 😊

Looking ahead, one of her goals is to become a manager or lead CNA, and we have no doubt she has what it takes to get there! 💪✨

Raquel grew up in Chicago and now calls Rantoul home. She is also a proud mom of two kids and happily married. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💍

Our Spring Flower Basket Making was full of creativity and charm! 🧺🌸 So many beautiful baskets came to life, each one crafted with care, focus, and lots of love 💐✨ The concentration and joy in creating these stunning centerpieces truly made the day special! 💖🌷

We had such a fun time with Alice from Accolade calling BINGO for us!! 🎉🎤
She did an amazing job keeping the energy up and the games exciting—and those prizes were AWESOME! 🎁👏 Everyone had a blast and can’t wait for next time!

🌟 March Care Champion Spotlight 🌟

It’s never too late to recognize and celebrate the amazing people who make our community so special! 💗 Even though March flew by faster than we would’ve liked, we couldn’t let it pass without honoring our March Care Champion — Faythe Gray! 🎉

Faythe has been a valued part of the Eagle’s View family for one year now, and we are so grateful for everything she brings to our team each day. 🦅

Her favorite part of working here? Her coworkers! 💕
And what does she enjoy most? Celebrating a great health inspection with a well-deserved dinner out! 🍽️🎉

One thing many people may not know about Faythe is that she has a great sense of humor and is very funny! 😄 She keeps smiles going not just for residents, but for staff too.
