The New Jerusalem Monastery Blend! Smells divine!
Essential oils of Cistus, Myrrh,Styrax,
Mastic, Peru Balsam, Labdanum Absolute, Frankincense & Copaiba, blended with Fractionated Coconut oil!
This is the result of my research into a Monestary Balm. The balm documents of a healing balm made and found in a monastery in Jerusalem.
I have my herbs and resins infusing for the balm!
I love recreating historic / ancient medicines.

I plucked my many varieties of mint!🌿🌿I am making a fresh mint tea.
Wash mint after cutting. Then you need to bruise the leaves to allow the volatile oils to be released for flavor. Then get fresh water/ filtered for better flavor. Bring to a simmer NOT Boil!
Throw in the herbs. Let infuse for about an hour. Then, strain off herbs. Add a small amount of honey, stevia or fav sweetener. This is optional.
Place in refrigerator in a clean container!

Simmering Stove Top Potpourri Bags!
Available at the 2 fall craft fairs and at my open house!
Top
Christmas Tree, Dried Pine Needles. Rosrmary, Ground Orange Peel, Dried Sage, Bay leaf, Rose Hips & dried Cranberries.
Bottom
Autum Spice Latte
Cinnamon sticks, Star Anise, Coffee Beans, Cardamon Pods, Red Peppercorns, Cloves, Dried Orange Peel.
This is enough for 2 pots.
Simmer each batch with 2 Cups of water.
Smells Divine!

It was trialed many years ago by a Tattoo Artist ! This Balm is great for new tattoos ! No chemicals, mineral oil or petroleum by products. !
