Not all glute/leg exercises hit the same 👀🍑

Some movements are amazing for stability and stretch, while others just don’t feel worth the fatigue for me personally. A lot of growing your glutes and legs comes down to choosing exercises you can progressively overload, control well, and actually feel in the target muscle.

In this video I ranked some of the most popular glute/leg exercises based on my personal opinion for growth, stimulus, and overall feel 🔥. Everyone’s body mechanics are different, so don’t be afraid to experiment and find what works best for YOU.

Consistency, good form, full ROM, and getting stronger over time will always matter more than doing the “trendiest” exercise 💪
