Here’s how to ACTUALLY do the chest press the right way 👇

1️⃣ Sit tall with dumbbells on your knees, arms slightly bent, chest tight.

2️⃣ Kick ‘em up with your legs to lock into position—don’t waste energy before the set even starts.

3️⃣ Press with full control through the entire range of motion.

4️⃣ When you’re done, bring your knees back up to catch the dumbbells.

5️⃣ Rock forward smoothly—no crashes, no injuries.

⚡ Pro Tip: Practice light before you go heavy. Kick too hard and that dumbbell could swing past your head 👀
