🚛 We're Hiring! Filter Exchange Delivery Tech
📍 Based in Rapid City | 💰 Commission + Bonuses + Profit Sharing
🕓 Start Time: 4:00 AM | Done by Noon or when your route is complete

We’re looking for a dependable, personable, early riser to join our FilterShine delivery team. You'll run a set route dropping off clean kitchen filters and picking up the greasy ones. Expect some longer drives across Western SD & Eastern WY, and occasional rooftop work — ladders required!

You’ll work solo most of the time, but being friendly and talkative with customers is key. Be someone people enjoy seeing walk through the door.

🛠 Training is paid hourly (2–4 weeks), then you’ll move to commission-based pay
💵 Expect $800–$1,100+ per week to start
📆 PTO after 3 months | 💥 Profit sharing after 6
🧼 Warning: You might smell like food service and get a little greasy. Embrace it.

✅ Clean driving record required
✅ Must be dependable, friendly, and comfortable with early mornings & ladders
✅ Background check required — clients trust us with keys & codes
