⚠️ Important Tips for Reaching Them:

Leave a Voicemail: They typically do not answer the phone live. You must leave a detailed message. A representative usually calls back within 3 business days.

Watch Your Phone: They generally do not leave voicemails when they call you back. To avoid missing your window, try to keep your phone nearby once you've reached out!

Apply Early: The approval process can be lengthy. Starting the application sooner rather than later ensures there’s no gap in the care your loved one needs.

BHCG is looking for a Director of Home Care

The Director of Home Care primary responsibilities include outreach and caregiver engagement. These responsibilities include looking through applications, contacting applicants, setting up, and conducting interviews (meet and greets). If the applicant is a qualified candidate, you will walk them through step by step with the onboarding process. You will follow up with them to see if they have questions and ensure online training gets completed.

The Director of Home Care will also contact current caregivers to check in on them and see how things are going. We want to get input from them on how we can make our caregivers happy and continue to provide the best care possible. You will keep a log of these calls/visits and input any pertinent information that we need to know for corrective actions or things the caregivers enjoy.

The Director of Home Care will oversee disciplinary actions. When speaking to a caregiver or bringing a caregiver in for disciplinary actions, there should be two office staff present.
This position is also responsible for outreach and community engagement. Keeping a log of contact personnel, phone number, email address of the appropriate contact that we should be reaching out to, and the last date that we contacted. When we are doing outreach, we should be providing brochures, business cards, pens, and any other “swag” that is available.
You will also be working with the Client Care Coordinator on schedule, along with any day-to-day tasks that the Client Care Coordinator or Executive Director needs assistance with. If you cannot find coverage for client’s or able to move a client to another day, you are required to rotate in with the other staff to make sure that our clients are taken care of with the best care possible.

There will also be a 24/7 on-call rotation to answer phone calls and texts after hours for emergencies, this includes evenings, overnights, and weekends.

We are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team and support one of our valued clients. There are 66 hours per week available with this client, and we are looking for caregivers to fill any of the hours in the following schedule:
🕒 Schedule:
Sunday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with transfers, bathing, and toileting
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Grocery shopping and errands
Transportation to appointments
