Today was the last day of Kaden’s internship. He is headed back to UMary for more classroom work. He did exceptionally well here and we are excited to have him join the profession in a few short years. Best of Luck.

Today is a sad day for Dakota Grit. Today is Bailey Rae's last day with us. Bailey started here last winter as part of an internship through Douglas Public Schools. She had a desire to learn about physical therapy and sought us out.

She has progressively been given more and more responsibility during her tenure here, to the point where she is essentially running day to day operations. After her High School internship was over, she decided to stay onboard until she departed for college.

Bailey has been an incredible asset to us and she will definitely have an significant impact on the world.

Bailey is going to Kansas Wesleyan and will be studying Exercise Science.

We love you and will miss you.

Dakota Grit is pleased to welcome Matt Hill to the company. Matt is doing a paid internship with us as he finishes his last year at Black Hills State. Matt is an Exercise Science major and is going to be applying to PT school this fall.

Matt is a Hot Springs High School Graduate - Go Bison.

Kaden Auch is a physical therapy Student from the University of Mary Physical Therapy completing a six week rotation with us. Kaden hails from Mott North Dakota. He wanted to go into physical therapy after having the rehab experience - the patient end - when he suffered an Anterior Cruciate Ligament tear and worked with a meaningful physical therapist. Kaden's preceptor for this rotation is James Whitcher. Welcome Kaden Auch.

We want to welcome CPT James Whitcher to the South Dakota Army National Guard! He came to us from the Marines and is currently serving as the S1/S4 officer in HHB 1-147th FA. On the civilian side, James owns Dakota Grit Physical Therapy in Rapid City. Welcome to the team!
