☀️ Summer is coming… but is your body ready for it?

Most people wait until they feel off to finally pay attention to their health.
Low energy. Stubborn weight. Poor sleep. Hormone swings. Digestive issues.

But what if you didn’t have to “push through” another season feeling that way?

This is the time of year I encourage my clients to reset and rebuild—not with quick fixes, but by supporting the body at the root level:

• Minerals + cellular energy
• Blood sugar balance
• Hormone communication
• Nervous system regulation

Because when those are supported… everything changes.

✨ Energy feels steady
✨ Sleep becomes deeper
✨ Mood stabilizes
✨ Your body starts working with you, not against you

If your body has been asking for something different…this is your opportunity to actually listen

Message me “RESET” to get details on a special offer that can get you on the path to health and vitality before all of the summer craziness!

There’s a side of this work that people don’t always see.

Behind every recommendation, every protocol, every lab I review… there is a human being who truly cares. Deeply.

I think about my clients long after they leave my office.
I celebrate your wins.
I sit with your frustrations.
I carry the weight of wanting so badly for you to feel better.

This work isn’t just a job to me. It’s a responsibility and an honor.

I am constantly learning, refining, and doing my very best to connect the dots in a way that serves you—your body, your story, your timeline. There is no “one-size-fits-all” here, and that means I approach every case with intention, curiosity, and care.

Do I have all the answers all the time? No.
But what I can promise is this:
You will never be just a number here.

You will be heard.
You will be supported.
And I will walk alongside you as we figure things out, step by step.

Healing isn’t always linear. It takes patience, trust, and a willingness to look deeper. And I don’t take it lightly that you allow me to be part of that process.

To my community—thank you for trusting me.
It means more than you know.

How many women, age 30-40 do you know who have experienced some or all of the conditions listed below?

Begs the question - is hormonal birth control the best move for our teen age daughters?

Hormonal birth control pills work by supplying synthetic versions of estrogen and/or progesterone to control the body’s natural hormone cycle.
These hormones primarily prevent ovulation, meaning the o***y does not release an egg.
They also thicken cervical mucus, making it difficult for s***m to reach an egg.
Additionally, they thin the uterine lining, reducing the likelihood of implantation.
The pill essentially “tricks” the brain (hypothalamus and pituitary) into thinking ovulation has already occurred, suppressing natural hormone signals (FSH and LH).

I wanted to give you all a quick update 🤍
I have quite a few appointment openings available next week before I take some time off for an upcoming knee surgery. If you’ve been meaning to schedule, this is a great opportunity to get in before my short leave.
We can use this time to review labs, start a new protocol, or simply get you feeling more supported and on track.
You can book through the link below or message me directly with any questions—I’d love to see you before I’m out!

Healing is not found in a pill bottle.

Yes—supplements can be helpful.
But they are not the foundation of what I do.

True healing happens when we support the body the way it was designed to function:
☀️ Sunlight and circadian rhythm
🥩 Nourishing, whole foods
💧 Minerals + hydration
🚶‍♀️ Movement and lymphatic flow
🧠 Nervous system regulation
🌿 Detox + drainage pathways
❤️ Addressing stress, emotions, and root causes

My goal is never to make you dependent on protocols

It’s to help you understand your body, restore balance, and build a life that supports your health long-term.

Because when the foundation is strong…
Everything else works better.

If you’re ready for a more sustainable approach to healing, this is where we start

Complete ACL rupture.

Not exactly what I had planned for this season.

But here’s what I know after years of helping others heal:
Injury is not just about the ligament. It’s about the terrain.

While I wait for reconstruction surgery, I’m not “just waiting.”
I’m preparing.

Here’s what I’m focusing on behind the scenes:

• Reducing systemic inflammation with whole, mineral-dense foods
• Prioritizing protein to preserve muscle mass
• Supporting collagen synthesis (vitamin C, copper balance, amino acids)
• Keeping my nervous system regulated so healing chemistry can actually occur
• Protecting quad strength as much as possible
• Sleeping like it’s my job
• Staying connected to sunshine, breath, and gratitude

Because surgery is an event.
Recovery is a process.
And preparation changes outcomes.

As someone who walks women through hormone shifts, mineral imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction every day — I’m applying the same principles to myself right now.

Your body is always trying to heal.
It just needs the right support.

If you’re navigating an injury, surgery, chronic pain flare, or a setback that feels discouraging — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

There is a way to support your terrain so your body has what it needs to rebuild.

Reach out.
I’m here. 🤍

Injured myself skiing earlier this week - which is a bummer. I am awaiting an MRI to confirm, but I suspect a torn LCL in my right knee.
Here is everything I am doing to help my body heal - regardless of the severity of the injury.

PainRX Tablets - a gut safe, herbal NSAID alternative that reduces inflammation and smells like p*e 😝
LumeBox Red light therapy - applied directly to the knee
CBD/DMSO Topical cream - applied directly to the knee
BPC-157 Peptide injections to aid in healing
Ice as tolerated - if swelling seems to be increasing
Elevating as high as is comfortable
Eating a lot of collagen/protein rich foods and getting good sleep!

I don't plan on letting this keep me down for too long - but I do plan on getting some good rest this weekend and having more answers on Monday. Stay safe out there!

A new year always feels like an invitation — to slow down, reflect, and choose what truly supports your health. 🤍

As we step into this next season, I’m opening my calendar and welcoming new and returning patients who are ready to prioritize their well-being in a more intentional way. Whether your focus is hormones, minerals, digestion, energy, fertility, or simply feeling like yourself again, I’m honored to walk alongside you.

If this is the year you stop pushing through and start listening to your body, now is a beautiful time to begin. ✨
