Free yoga at Loam Yoga for all you trashy cleanup people. 8am "Move and Groove" 9:30 "Functional Movement and Mobility" the earlier class is more advanced. Creek Cleanup will meet in parking lot behind Westside Little Ceasar's at 10:45 am. Lost Cabin Beer Co. after the cleanup

It’s soccer season and that means both Bridget and I have Saturday obligations outside of the studio!

We need to move the times up to make sure I’m able to make it to the fields on time.

The shoppe will be emptied on March 31 for your gently used clothes and yoga tools to be left for someone else to enjoy 🤍

Whatever is left on May 1 will be donated locally 🌱
