Meet one of our schedulers, Christina!

She has been at Black Hills Oral Surgery for the past two years. She plays an important role in helping patients get their appointments scheduled and ensuring the process is smooth from the very first phone call. She especially enjoys the positive work environment and the opportunity to help patients take the next step in their care.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys learning about history, sewing, and reading. If she had a free day, she would spend it visiting historical sites, landmarks, or museums.

One thing you might not know about her is that she previously served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic.

Meet Kylie, Surgical Assistant and Trainer!

Kylie has been part of the Black Hills Oral Surgery team for nearly 6 years, and she plays a key role in both patient care and training new team members. She especially enjoys mentoring others and starting IVs.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Kylie with a good book in hand (she loves Freida McFadden novels and presidential biographies) or out hiking in the beautiful Black Hills.

Her perfect day? A family hike followed by dinner at Ma Cualli.

Fun fact: Kylie spent time living in Costa Rica as a teenager and she still speaks some Spanish!

Meet Lisa, our Administrative and HR Assistant of 10 years

If you’ve ever wondered who keeps everything running behind the scenes, Lisa is a big part of it.

From making sure bills are paid to keeping licenses and certifications up to date (and about a million other details), she helps keep our entire office on track.

Her favorite part? The challenge, plus the people she works with every day.

Outside of work, Lisa loves caring for her plants (and somehow always finding room for one more) and traveling.

Her perfect day off? Spending time with her six grandbabies

Fun fact you probably wouldn’t ever guess: Lisa once drove over 100,000 miles across all 48 contiguous states as an over-the-road truck driver. She even parked her rig outside Disney World for a day of fun!
