Gua Sha Face Map for Post GLP-1 Skin Lifting

Use an oil like the Aveda Composition oil for slip.

Fast strokes → Draining
Slow Strokes → lifting

Always finish with draining down the neck.

Lymphatic Activation

Always start by opening drainage points. Light touch always, gentle tapping and circular movements.

1. Neck first
• Behind ear → glide down side of neck to collarbone (5–7 strokes)
• Under jaw → sweep down neck to collarbone

Purpose: De-puff and prepare lymph drainage.

2. Jawline Lift

Tool angle: almost flat to skin

Strokes
• Chin → glide along jaw → end at ear
• Small wiggle at ear lymph node

Reps: 7 strokes each side

Benefit: Defines jawline often softened with GLP-1 weight loss.

3. Double Chin / Under Chin Tightening
• Start under chin
• Sweep outward toward jaw corners
• Then drain down neck to collarbone

Tip: Use gentle pressure . This area holds lymph.

4. Cheekbone Sculpt & Lift

This is the most important zone for post-weight-loss lifting.
• Corner of mouth → glide up to ear
• Side of nose → glide across cheekbone to temple

Lift technique:
At the temple, hold gentle pressure for 3 seconds.

Benefit: Restores cheek contour lost with fat reduction.

5. Nasolabial Fold Softening
• Start beside nose
• Glide diagonally upward toward cheekbone

Reps: 5-7

6. Under-Eye De-Puff

Use the small curve of the tool.
• Inner eye → sweep lightly to temple

Very light pressure.

7. Brow Lift & Temple Release
• Under brow → sweep to temple
• Finish with temple circles

This creates a natural lifting effect across the upper face.

8. Forehead Lift
• Center of forehead → sweep outward to temples
• Brow → hairline upward strokes

Finish by draining from temple → down neck → collarbone.
