🎉 Please help us welcome Dr. Alisa Brogden to our office - today is her first day! Originally from Louisiana, she and her husband (also an optometrist!) recently moved to the Rapid City area with their four children. Dr. Brogden comes from a strong family background in eye care and brings 19 years of optometric experience to our office. We’re thrilled to have her on our team -be sure to say hello when you’re in the office! 👓

🎉 New Year, New Name! 🎉

As we welcome the New Year, we’re excited to share an update with you all… We have officially begun the transition to Holec and Young Eye Care! While our name and logo have changed, there is one thing that remains exactly the same — our commitment to exceptional eye care and the patients we serve.

This new look reflects the next chapter of our practice while honoring the care, trust, and relationships we’ve built over the years. As we continue to adjust to well-earned retirements, that means welcoming a few new faces to our team. With this new team, we are excited to provide the same legacy of care to Rapid City and beyond! Stay tuned to meet our new additions!!! 👀 Thank you for being part of our journey—we can’t wait to continue caring for your vision in 2026 and beyond!

As we wrap up a month full of festivities, celebrations, and plenty of smiles, we can’t help but feel incredibly grateful. 💙 Grateful for the patients who trust us, and especially for the team we get to work alongside every single day. The laughter, teamwork, and support behind the scenes are what truly make our office special—and we certainly made the most of it by packing in tons of fun along the way! From the most amazing holiday party pouring candles at Urban Glow followed by the Blind Lion to hot cocoa bars and dress-up days at the office, it was a month full of memories and smiles.

As we turn the page to a new month, we’re also looking ahead with excitement—big changes are on the horizon, and we can’t wait to share what’s next. Here’s to growth, new beginnings, and continuing to care for our community together. ✨
