What to expect before and after your next blood draw 💉

1️⃣First,
Consult with one of our doctors.
They will be able to guide/inform you on what lab work they think will be best for you and your health goals.

2️⃣Second,
Schedule an appointment

3️⃣Third,
Fasting. Most of our labs are fasting labs. Meaning that you cannot eat or drink anything for 12 hours before your blood draw. (exception of water)

4️⃣Fourth,
Meet with Wanda to get your blood drawn. (She is so fast. Will have you in and out in under 10 minutes)

5️⃣Fifth,
Schedule a consult about 2 weeks out (unless told otherwise) to discuss the results with your doctor

6️⃣Sixth,
Implement doctors suggestions to reach you health goals
